My Goals:
My goal is to be a person who's active, fit and that lives a good life.

In 6 months time I want to exercise regularly, I want to eat healthy food and I want to have a good job.

My Program:
 Right now I'm focusing on:
- Making sure I'm sleeping 8 hours per night.
- That I de-stress.
- And I'm doing at least two one hour exercises each week.

My name is Malin.
I'm a 33 year old Swedish woman studying for a Masters degree in Architecture.

Besides school I really love history and crafts, combining both into active participation in the SCA.
