Never Give Up On Yourself


I am a 53 year old. I am tired of looking in the mirror and seeing that double chin. I know this is a long hard journey, but I really believe I am ready for it.

Fitness Minutes: 2,410

My Goals:
My Goal is to walk on my gazzel at least 10 mins a day or ride on my stationry bike 10 mins a day. Maybe both.

My Program:
 Count calories , portion control and exercise each day for at least 10 mins.


Personal Information:
Deborah - 53yr young in Arlington TX. I have tried to lose weight before and I never was able. I just want to be able to move around better and not hurt all the time.

Other Information:
 I love Anne Rice , Bingo,my Friends, my grandkids and my sister is my best Friend.
We are doing this togather.
