emoticon !! I saw your question on the community feed asking another member how she lost the 80 lbs. I'm hoping she'll also contact you.

I've lost over 120 lbs, but there's no quick fix to doing this long term However, it IS doable. Expect times of overeating, not feel like exercising We are human and not perfect. It can be hard to simp,y admit it happens and at the next meal, snack we can make better choices But to put ourselves down,,,eh,,, most of us have had that done to us, why be so mean to ourselves?

Over eating and getting down on ourselves leads to being depressed. Depression feeling awful just reinforces us to eat more or even quit I was told to think of someone I love so deeply My GD. Than asked if I would say to her,,mthe things I did to myself

Would you say such things to your love one?

Or would encourage them with kind words and help them to do things differently.

This was a big factor in my being successful.

I used and still do Sparks nutrition tracker. I did NOT change the carbs, protein etc values they set up for me. I slowly worked on my nutrition changes and slowly on exercing

Any loss of weight isn't a ain and there will be gains, but as long don't give up on u . You'll lose. Hey, you're here!! Great job!!

My smarty answer is ... it took me 10 years to lose 80 pounds but that's coz I lost and gained and lost and gained.

I have been on an elimination protocol for 4 months and dropped 35ish pounds, foggy brain, inflammation and 10+ inches off my belly.

It's not for everyone ... but it has shown me I was obviously eating foods that my body did not like. My doc suggested it due to the 10+ pounds of water retention I get from time to time. I will be following it for 2+ more months for a total of 6 ... then I will add s-l-o-w-l-y food items and see how life goes.
