Hello! I am a person who is currently working on losing 167 pounds. I have lost 160 so far and am still working hard. I am glad and excited to have found this web site as I really feel it will be a big help and encouragement to me.

Fitness Minutes: 51,682

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 145lbs. and finally be at a normal weight for my height which is 5'7''. It will be nice to not fall into the obese or overweight range! I also want to improve my health which was my number 1 reason for starting on this weight loss journey.

My Program:
I am currently on as close to a 1200 calorie diet as possible. I make a great effort everyday to make those 1200 calories the most healthy choices that I know how to make. I also have started bike riding, jogging and go to Curves everyday!

Personal Information:
I am from Indiana which I believe to be a beautiful state and great place to live. I love to make new friends!

Other Information:
Yeee Haww new record ran 6 miles first time ever on August 5 2009 and each mile was under 10 minutes!!

Ran 4 miles 1st time ever on 3/02/09! YEE HAWW

Hit 163- November 10 2008! Smallest since teenager!

Another 1st- Went on bicycle ride for 11 miles!! Plus jogged track for 3 all in 1 day-November 23, 2008- Very tired but feels great!

Hit 156 on Novermber 17, 2008!!!!

Ran for 3 laps at track straight without stopping which is 3/4 of a mile! Nov. 13, 2008

January 3, 2009 - Big Milestone! Jogged for 2 1/4 consecutive miles without stopping! Wooo hoooo! Also hit 154 this morning on scale! I am so glad that Christmas and the holidays did not affect me too badly although I could have already reached goal seriously if had not slipped!

Getting ready to start the January Boot Camp Challenge on Sun Jan 4 and hope to get more fit plus lose about 7lbs during the challenge to finish my weight loss and start maintaining.
