It took all my strength & effort just to keep myself together & I could not even have done that except by God's help & grace. I'd love to say I'm confident in my resolve to begin this journey again, but I'm apprehensive. So many failures & losses have made my confidence at an all time low. But, I have to start somewhere, don't I? So this is where I am - today. One minute & minute step at a time.

Overall starting weight: 236.2 Aug. 6, 2017 Overall goal: Size 12 or 14 199 (Wonderland) - Future Wgt. Goals: 189- 179 - Prevent another stroke & heart problems Get more stamina & flexibility Take pressure off knees Live a healthy life Take stress off heart & pacemaker FINISH WHAT I STARTED! Run at a MUCK Fest in late 2018, for MS!

Calories - 1200-1500 Exercise - at least 30 minutes a day. I set my goal at 4-6 days a week - at least 3 days of cardio, then and/or weights or WII or outside activities the other days. Line dancing: 3-4 times week. Recumbent Cycling: when not line dancing. Can't wait to get my treadmill back. It's been gathering dust for way too long now. That starts when I get my new apartment!

My Motto: God First My stand on God's Word is what gets me through all things, good & bad. I have to remember that I've already proven to myself I can lose 45 lbs. without much difficulty. All I have to do is stick to my routine! I'm normally very quiet until I know someone well. People consider me very fair, trustful, honest, fun to be around, & easy to get along with. Normally I am slow to anger but when you push me past my limit, watch out. You will KNOW you pissed me off. (Must be the Italian in me. LOL.) About me: I'm strong yet I'm a little girl at heart, sometimes too nieve but not stupid, I'm fun to be around when you get to know me well, I don't like to be made fun of, I've got a sensitive heart but won't be fooled, I'm good at first impressions, and can easily read someone.
