My Goals:
-lose weight
-be strong and healhy
-run long distance
-become a personal trainer

My Program:
 -Exercise 5-6 days every week.
- Incorporate cardio, strength, and fun activities.

Proud Chaplain's Wife; Proud Navy Wife; Currently stationed overseas.

Other Information:
 I love reading; Love most sports, especially tennis and volleyball; Love BBC movies, especially period dramas and romances.
