Returning again.

These are not sporty things. I am not Sporty Spice. Why doesn't "keyboarding" count as exercise? Web-surfing? That should count for something. Am I right?

Fitness Minutes: 12,788

My Goals:
Putting a paw in the pond. Trying to encourage myself to jump back in.

SP is right. I need to have concrete goals in order to achieve them. I think I'm just afraid to make them and fail. Stay tuned....

My tracker is a lie! I have miles to go before I sleep (or hit maintenance.) I just wanted to start with something attainable.

Striving for balance between "eating healthfully" and "being obsessed." Learning to be gentle and forgiving with myself . Trying to stay steady on the path.

I accidentally reset all of my SPARK goals! While I'm sad to lose the past year of tracking, this is a fresh start. And who doesn't need a fresh start?

My Program:
Vegan for life and for all lives.
Working toward more whole, unprocessed foods, intuitive eating, and not confusing "intuition" with "yes I do want the entire package of Oreos."

Personal Information:
Oakland roots. Living in Coast Salish lands (the Pacific Northwest).

Other Information:
Reykjavík is the capital of Iceland.

    They don't crisp- kind of like a chickpea seitan. Esp. since it is made with vital wheat gluten.
    I am going to bake or fry next time...I did sautee them but want to go straight to bake/ fry- iI just like having them on hand

    emoticon I steam chickpea cutlets. From Isa's book. I am also going to make some sausages from Miyoko's Vegan Pantry book.. wait.. yeah I think that is the title
