    Can always be more disciplined. Everyday I'm working at it. Trying to make better choices and walk frequently. Last week we didn't do so well, but on average we try to walk at least 12 miles / wk. Hope your doing well. Have a good day - angel emoticon

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    I have both kinds. Regular shop lights(fluorescent) work well or multicolored LED plant lights are also a good investment. Keep fluorescents about 4 inches above seedlings ... more space for wild colored LEDs. :-) since you asked HAPPY GARDENING!
