I deleted my old Spark account and wanted to start fresh. This is what you need to know:

1) From the ages of 12-18 I was anorexic and bulimic.
2) At age 18 while helping care for my grandfather I went from being anorexic to a compulsive overeater.
3) From the ages of 17-21, I had a lot of bad stuff occur in my life that has eaten at me and consumed me to the point that I'm killing myself...with food and emotions.
4) I am addicted to foods I should not be and I abuse myself thus with it.
5) I am done with the above. If I don't love myself, no one else will. If I don't care for myself, I will die. If this pisses someone off, screw yourself. If you're willing to help emotionally support me in my path, then thank you.

I recently finished reading "Half-Assed" by Jennette Fulder. She says "shame is a wasted emotion." I have very little time to waste, so I'm done being ashamed.

Fitness Minutes: 762

My Goals:
New Year Resolutions and Goals for 2014:

1) Be content; God has a plan, He will lead me where He wants me.
2) Be healthier-cut down on processed foods and bad sugars, especially soda and my love of Andy Capp's Hot Fries.
3) Train for and complete another 5K; if I do more than one, great. **Color Me Rad 5K 4-12-14**
~Signed up for the EKU Homecoming 5K on October 25th!~
4) Stay organized; at home, work, and mentally.
5) Have some fun.
6) Don't sweat the small stuff.
7) Enjoy more family time with all my families.
8) Do something spontaneous. **Donated blood first time 3-28-14**
**Got a Powerhouse Gym membership 10-8-14**
9) Try something I've never done. **Donated blood first time 3-28-14**
10) Learn to make an omlette.

My Program:
1) Cut out processed junk and soda.
2) Eat more fruits and veggies.
3) Drink more water.
4) Exercise!!!
5) Train for another 5K to beat 58 minutes.
6) Beat diabetes.

Personal Information:
Part time instructor with First Year Courses at EKU from south-central Kentucky; your average bookworm who married an avid outdoorsman on 6/7/08. March 2014 made us ten years together.

Other Information:
I love to watch movies based on books I've read and watch cooking shows.

I want to get healthy so I can live my life and do things I cannot do right now, such as bungee jump, zipline, snowboard, etc.
