    Today the scale was under 200. That was a personal goal for me. Fingers crossed that I can keep it off.

    I know it seems like not much of a loss but I have lost the same 5 lbs at least three times in the last few weeks. This is the first time that I have lost the original 10 lbs and moved a little in the correct direction.

    Hey all, I am back and in need of your support. I just had another eye surgery and actually seeing better than I have in a long time. The Dr. increased my thyroid meds finally so I am hoping to feel good affects from that. Sadly though, my weight is out of control and higher than ever. My guess is because of no activity while I try to fix other things. I am still hoping to ho back to work and accomplish some goals in the Ne year.
