One day at a time...


Now it's NANAto3! Some time has passed still on this journey with you all. I am blessed, with a wonderful husband of 17 years, a daughter who is a Nurse Practioner and 3 wonderful grandchildren. I also have wonderful family, and friends. I love to decorate, manage FB groups and garden. I have been an Administrative Assistant now for 41 years and hoping to retire within 5 years. I LOVE being a "Nana" and I love my life. Just wish there was a little less of me!

My Goals:
* To obtain optimum health and to get my sanity back!

* And everything that goes with that!

My Program:
 *walking or working out on my Gazelle 6 days a week
*strength training 3 days a week.




Personal Information:
I have lived all my life in upstate New York... beautiful change of seasons here....

Other Information:
 I love collecting teddy bears, butterflies and hummingbirds. I love gardening and decorating and playing in the bell choir at church. I love spending time with my grandkids.

    For most of us, things don’t just happen overnight. With as many blessings as you might possess, you still have to work to make progress. This might not be an easy path to follow. More likely than not, you may not be able to take shortcuts, may not be able to skip steps. Don’t give up. Keep climbing towards your goals. Hard work is the key. Do you want a raise at work? You’re going to have to prove yourself; it probably is not going to be handed to you. Be consistent, and try rewarding yourself for each successful step you take towards your goal. That will keep you motivated. Take one small victory at a time, and keep climbing.
