Introduction Text I am 64 years old with diabetes, arthritis, and being very overweight. It hurts when my grand children ask why i am so fat. I have been at this current weight for 31 years now. Tried every diet there is out there. I never keep up the motivation. I make excuses why i don't exercise. I live in a community that has a pool and a gym with water aerobics 5 days a week. I need a buddy to keep me going so i can feel good again. Once i almost made my goal.I felt great and looked great but let myself go all the way back to the beginning. I pray this start will be mu success story.

To have energy to play with my grand kids. To become healthier To meet someone who will not be ashamed to be out with me. To fit in stadium seats so I can really enjoy the game/concert. To finally reach my weight goal and stick with the program

Eat healthier. No fast foods with high fat and sodium More fruits and vegetables More exercise
