Introduction Text Hi! ::waves:: I'm NADIA :) I'm a vibrant 24 yr old inspiring Nurse to be! I enjoy reading and being surrounded by my Family and Loved Ones.. You can say I'm the Life of the party, because I'm constantly laughing and urging others to chime in, l0l! My weight has always been my down fall.. I'm at my heaviest right now .. :( "250". After researching, I've found that my "healthy" weight for my height is between 121 & 132.. That puts me at "OBESE", and 129lbs overweight! I've always Loved me for ME and put my Good foot forward. But I think it's now safe to say that enough is enough. Yeah, I am Beautiful.. But I have way more potential and Growing to do. And now is the time to take a hold of that!

I have a couple of Goals: *Lose 2lbs a week *Reach a weight of 130 by next September, 2013 *Do some type of Exercise 10min a day. *Start counting my Calories *Write in my journal 3xs a wk.
