Ready, Set, Goal, HAPPINESS!
Hello, Myranda here.
I'm 40 yrs old and have been through a lot the past year. To start things off in Jan 2014- the beginning of this change; A breakup. We know how those things go there was lots of crying and no eating. I was at 188 lbs and hurting. Then I decided to get focused. Started watching my portions, going to the gym and running with my friends. BAM! by May I was down to 150 lbs. I felt good which in turn of course makes you want to continue on so I did and by Aug I was at ...

I'm 40 yrs old and have been through a lot the past year. To start things off in Jan 2014- the beginning of this change; A breakup. We know how those things go there was lots of crying and no eating. I was at 188 lbs and hurting. Then I decided to get focused. Started watching my portions, going to the gym and running with my friends. BAM! by May I was down to 150 lbs. I felt good which in turn of course makes you want to continue on so I did and by Aug I was at 142. Once again change occured- new position at work. An 8hr a day desk job where every month someone seems to be throwing pot lucks and birthdays. I began to lose control and started eating and not wanting to work out. I then had another change in my life- MY LOVE. He is the greatest. Currently we are not in the same state which is hard. SO now at 155 lbs and beginning to hurt again I need to find focus and motivation. My goal is to lose that last 30 lbs by my Bday on Sept 7th and start maintaining the healthy and active lifestyle that I want.
So here I go! Any an all motivation and support is appreciated.
