Wanted to thank you for suggesting a personal trainer (on the JAX-St. Augustine post a couple of weeks back). My niece also started endorsing your suggestion and I finally started using one a little over a week ago. I am already getting past some of my old "injury" restrictions through focused strength exercises and he thinks that within a month I can train in a more conventional manner.

The exercise is just right. Track your food with the calerie counter to keep yourself honest and you are right on schedule for your wedding. A pound per week (easily do-able with your workout schedule and a proper diet) and you are a couple pounds under 190 as you walk down the aisle. Good luck.
