 Workout Mon-Fri 45-50 minutes of cardio
Sat-Sun walking or fitness dvd

    Hey lady. It's sooo good to hear from you! I was worried about you and thought about you often. Yes, you were missed. I hope things are going better and that you were able to find another gig. Been there, done that and I know how it affects you on so many levels one can only imagine if they've been through it. I am sure you will get back and lose all the weight you want and more. Hey, I haven't been away from Spark yet I gained back about seven of mine. It happens. It's like one of my favorite quotes "It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get back up".
