My Goals:
I want to lose 60 pounds. I want to be able to run without stopping for 45 minutes. I want to have muscle showing throughout my body and sculpt some killer legs. (Think Halle Berry legs)
My Program:
I am incorporating nutrient dense foods into my everyday/every meal. Kale, quinoa, salmon, shrimp, spinach, walnuts, almonds etc. things that are highly nutritious .
