Im a home health aide to a wonderful person that is struggling with MS. I love what I do but not as active as I once was. Also love to travel and would really like to be able to enjoy myself on any trips my husband and I would take. Having problem's staying motivated to lose the excess weight that I have put on over the years. Finding it difficult to stay focus on my goals and finding all the time in a day to get everything in. So tired of losing and gaining the same pounds over and over again. I have also became a caretaker to my hubby that has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. I struggle to stay focused on myself and started backsliding with exercise and drinking pop. I want to get back to feeling great about myself again.

My Goals:
To lose enough weight that I have enough energy and feel healthy so I can function without being tired all the time.
Have more control and be accountable for my actions.
Stay Motivated, don't get discouraged.

My Program:
Watch what I eat, portion control.
Stop drinking pop again, drink more water.
Make sure I have healthy snacks with me where ever I go so temptation won't win out.
Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
Track all food and exercise daily.

Personal Information:
I live in a rural community in Michigan that doesn't offer much along the lines of exercise outside unless the weather is good.

Other Information:
Really need the extra support of people, cause I don't always have the motivation to do it. Love to travel, bake, read, and enjoying time with friends and family.
