    I saw your comment on the exercise discussion. Just wanted to clarify about adding calories to loose weight. If you eat too few calories, your body thinks you are in a famine and starts "saving" everything you eat in case you need it later. That means that while you're on a super diet, you gain weight and fat.

    So you have to eat a certain amount of calories a day to keep from going into starvation mode. Spark has a calculator you can use to figure it out based on your weight, age and height.
