    Are you having a difficult time staying motivated, doing your exercises, eating right, drinking your water? Do you need some friendly challenges and competition to get out of your rut?

    Why not join the BIGGEST LOSER TEAM? We're a group of men and women, all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. Regardless of fitness level, whether you're new to healthy eating or a seasoned pro, there's always something to learn from others. These teams are also a great source of motivation! Just about anything can be conquered with your teammates cheering you on!

    We've got several members with fitness and nutrition limitations. They absolutely participate, just with modifications approved by their doctors. If you'd like to join but aren't sure at first, request to be placed as an honorary member! You're still a vital part of your team, you just don't have to worry about the points for the all-teams challenge standings.

    The BL Challenge is a 10 week challenge, run 4 times a year (spring, summer, fall and winter), made up of 10 teams with 24 active members on each. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. Within each individual team you'll soon find your amazing teammates are there to support you, offer friendship, challenge you and keep you accountable, just when you need it most!

    The Winter challenge round is in it's last couple weeks and the Spring challenge will be starting March 8. If you are interested in joining us, please go to the Biggest Loser Winter Challenge All Teams page, click join, and add your name to the waitlist! You'll be notified a week or two before the start date of the team you've been placed with! Give it a try! What better way to lose a few pounds and work on your nutrition and fitness than with a group of fantastic people encouraging you every step of the way?
