    Hi Malia,
    Just checking in with you, how's everything going? We've had a lot of rain this week, so it has kept me from getting in my walks. emoticon I try to keep moving around the house, as much as possible, but I tend to get very bored with that. I love being outside, working in the yard, but lately it's just too wet out there. I've been thinking about getting a treadmill, so at least I can still walk when it's bad outside.
    My eating has improved over the last couple of weeks, which is definitely good. I did horribly over the winter months, and gained back all of the weight I lost last year. Sure hope you're doing better than me.
    Well, I've got to get moving again. Hope you have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend.
