    Hey Kim!

    How are you? I hope you had a great week! I've been a little sick, so I had to skip Thursday's work-out, unfortunately - but I felt better yesterday and I did 45 minutes of cardio and some strength training.. and the numbers are definitely going down on the scale! Exciting times!

    I really never imagined I could get down to 130. My lowest weight was 167. But I'm soo determined to get there. I know I'll feel so good! Like you, I've already lost a few pounds in the last two weeks! Woohoo!

    Also, I read your blog from yesterday - that's awesome that you went to the gym even though you didn't exactly feel like going. I get the same way sometimes, but it's definitely better to go and have a lighter work-out than not go at all! Keep up the good work pretty lady :)

    I also found you on the 20 somethings page. I'm new to sparkpeople (isn't it awesome?) and I figured I'd leave a comment, and add you as a friend if you don't mind!

    I noticed that our start weights and end goals are the same, haha. And congratulations on your engagement! What an exciting day to look forward to. Definitely a weight loss motivator too. I'm sure you'll do great - I read your blog, and I realized that I forget how much I love to run until I start doing it again. It feels really great to get in shape, doesn't it? I once heard running is addicting. I think it's true.. those endorphins being released and all..
