Introduction Text Hello all, my name is Neva. I'm 25 years old, I have a beautiful 3 year old and a husband thats more than I could have ever hoped for. I'm here because I'm sick of hating myself. I want to be a strong role model for my daughter so that she doesn't have to go through the same Fat-girl childhood I did.

Short Term: To get on track with managing my Asthma better. (Done! I never knew how much exercising would impact that!) To walk for 10 mins every day. Long Term: GET UNDER 200 LBS!! To be able to run a mile without stopping.

My biggest changes so far is managing my portions, making healthier choices, and not drinking soda. ( CHECK!!) I have also registered for classes that are farther apart and plan to walk everywhere instead of drive. I go to the gym 3 days a week, plus extra exercises I find at home.

So. Cal is my hometown, I've lived in this area my whole life. My husband is from middle Georgia and although we both love that area, there is so much more for us here in California. I look forward to finally getting "established" as a family! :) I go to college, majoring in Speech Language Pathology/Psych
