My Goals:
To lose about 30 pounds, to feel better & have more energy. Also to make more of my days now that I am retired.

My Program:
 I'm tracking my food to help me watch what I eat & not just snack non-stop from boredom. I'm trying to get out & walk more but I don't like walking alone, hoping to find a friend to walk with.


Personal Information:
My name is Janet. I am married & live in Cape Coral in SW Florida. I have 2 grown children & 2 grandchildren.

 I am a BIG Snoopy fan. He's my hero...he doesn't let being a dog stop him from doing anything!
