    Hello. When I read your story it sounded much like mine. I was a 2-3 pack a day smoker when I quit and started gaining and then the change hit me and more gaining.

    I have been with SP a while, but it is now that I have decided to take the bull by the horns and whip myself into shape by changing a couple of little things at a time. 8-)
