    Hey - HAPPY FRIDAY! So here's where I'm kind of at:

    I'm roughly using the Spark rookie running training plan. I say roughly because I add more intervals even though I follow the general outline.

    When I try my hardest - I can probably jog a mile without having to walk. And according to SP's mileage tracker - my average pace is about 13min/mile - this is both walking and jogging.

    My ultimate goal is to be able to run the whole race. I don't have a time specified - I just want to slam the whole thing out without walking.

    So what do you think?

    I am doing the Warrior Dash with FOOFIT1 and some other friends. I'm totally stoked. I have noticed that there a lot of variations of the race. I've never done anything like it, but I'm excited!

    I'm glad that things are going well for you. Major props for the shift in focus showing success, that's totally amazing!
