Am I Fit Now?
I once was fit. . but now I wonder. . .
I desire to be lean and fit again. I am the mother of four wonderful children who inspire, encourage, and challenge me (and my loving husband) daily. Three have ADD/ADHD issues and have had to overcome many obstacles and one is ventilator dependent. Life brings new struggles each day and in attempt to help them along their way I lost focus on exercise, nutrition, and taking care of myself.
