Update 2010 - This year my focas is on developing a fitness routine. It is the one thing in my healthier lifestyle that I know is lacking. We got a Wii fit for Christmas 2009 and that really helped "jump start" my fitness routine but I know I need to do more. I'm looking forward to finding ways to burn calories and strengthen my body that I enjoy.

April 2007 - I have had weight issues most of my life. The only time I can remember being some what happy with my body was in my 20's when I was going through a major depression and living on coffee, oreo's and cigarettes.

I am a working mom with a 10 year old daughter and two very active dogs. I have a hard time balancing work, family and me time. Most of the time I worry more about taking care of my family than myself.

I want to lose weight and be healthier for my self and to be a positive role model for my girl!

-Achieve and maintain a healty BMI thru good nutrition and consistent fitness
-Find fitness activities I enjoy
-Pay off all credit card debt
-Develope & maintain friendships
-Manage stress


My Program:
Currently I try to eat a balanced diet and keep my daily intake around 1500 cals.

I am really working on my fitness habit. I use Leslie Sansone and my Wii a lot. My goal is to do 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week.

I live in the St Louis Missouri area. I have a full-time desk job in insurance.


Other Information:
I enjoy reading, crocheting, watching romantic movies, walking with my daughter and/or dogs.
