    Let go of what happened Christmas. Time to look ahead. Figure out what it is you want to do. Set Mini Goals. I usually do my mini goals for a week. Once I have accomplished my mini goal for that week I move ahead to something more challenging. Take it one step at a time. Results (hate to say it) will not come overnight. emoticon

Make sure that you're getting enough calories, the recommended amount that SP suggests. Keep doing what you know to do and your weight will come off.
