Working it Out!


I have always had a difficult time with weight. It never showed when I was younger because I was so active, but now that I'm older it does. I really want to get healthy and fit into some of my old clothes (and buy new!). I hope this will be the place to help me achieve my goal. I need support and I’m willing to give support. Let’s do this!
