My name is Melissa. I am 28 years old. I have been married for almost 5 years and have two precious boys. My first son was born in March of '07 and my second was born this past April. My first short term goal is to get back to my pre-baby weight by the time I return to work in September (I am a teacher). I used SP to help me get back to my pre-baby weight after my first son. My goal is to be back at my pre-baby weight by September 1. After that, I want to lose and maintain a healthy weight for my height.
My Program:
I'm sticking with what SP recommends to start. This seems to be a balanced diet with low calories and low fat.
