I will get stronger.
Hi! I'm Sue. I am 58 and never seem to have time to work out. I'm considering bariatric surgery and am of the opinion that I can lose the weight with perseverance, not surgery. I've got to move more and eat wisely.

My Goals:
1. Reduce my diabetes meds - get off insulin.
2. Increase my energy level and stamina.
3. Reverse my retinopathy ( hey, I can dream, right?)
4. Throw away my clothing over size 14.
5. Live longer...
My Program:
1. Tracking everything.
2.Setting daily time goals for my work outs, and targeting specific body areas..
3-Being fanatical about meeting daily goals.
Personal Information:
Married for 33 years to Bob.We have 2 grown sons. Steve is married to Christy; and Kevin is a full time student living at home. We are the proud parents of a basset hound - we absolutely adore him.
I have so much to be grateful for! The Lord has been good to me!
Other Information:
I love rubber duckies, basset hounds, shopping, and chocolate!
