I have been on a 5+ year loose and gain battle - I try to exercise reguarily and do really well, but then I fall off the wagon - I try to just eat healthy with healthy portions but I don't always use the best judgement and I fight the bedtime munchies

Fitness Minutes: 36,629

My Goals:
Obviously I want to weigh a healthy weight - I want to be fit and I want to be a healthy example to my daughter, sisters, nieces and friends. I want to fit into all seats comfortably and I want to feel good and proud of myself

My Program:
I run 30+ minutes 3x's a week and do strength training after that. Twice a week I stay at home and do 1/2 hour of aerobic exercice that still kicks my butt! I try and get a mountain hike in but its hard to get a partner to go with.

Personal Information:
I have lived in Calgary for the last 18 years. Does that make me a Calgarian? LOL
We have a very good job that we love but challenges us enough to get the blood boiling and keep us interested! I have been married for 23 years and we have been through all of the ups and downs and suffered the loss of a child. We have a beautiful daughter who is very successful in her own right and I am so proud to have her call me MOM. She is my greatest accomplishment! :)

Other Information:
Love to laugh, hike, stay at nice hotels with outdoor hottubs in the mountains with my hubby-love wine, the Okanogan, my family, my cats whom I love to hate but would be devastated if anything happened to them. Life is good and I hate the cold and ice. But I love hockey and I love to cheer for the Calgary Flames and I don't love football but love to cheer for the Saskatchewan RoughRiders!
