Thank you for your prayers, they are much appreciated.
I have gained back 2 of the 4 pounds I had lost, with stress eating and eating on the go traveling back and forth from the hospital (we live 1hour 45 minutes away from where my mother in law was). I am going to hit the gym today and try to get back on track, only problem is today is my youngest's birthday and that means cake and tomorrow is his birthday dinner out. I try to be good at restaurants but somehow lose control. He wants to go to Johnny Carinos and they serve the best bread that you dip in olive oil and garlic, help I see disaster coming.
    Thanks again for the prayers.
Hope all is well with you.
    Hugs,
    Shannon

Make sure you don't eat less than 1200 calories per day. Try to keep your diet to mostly unprocessed foods, plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies. I have a hard time staying below 1400 - 1500 calories per day otherwise I am starving and will binge. I am trying to follow the spark guide lines. I usually decide what is for dinner in the morning and work from there. I have a hard time getting enough protein but I am working on it. Having a whey protein shake after working out helps, I add fruit to it and it keeps me full for awhile.
Keep in touch and good luck.

Hi! Thanks for the note. Exercise and eating much less is the key. I still drink diet coke and have some artificial sweetners. I think that those things are just bad for you, but not necessarily causing weight gain. I cut out fast food to once a week. I stopped drinking two glasses of milk a day and went down to one. I quit eating so much at dinner and lunch and made sure I didn't eat unless I was really hungry. I didn't and don't let myself suffer or get hungry, but I NEVER let my guard down on the exercise. Once you internalize the idea of your calorie intake and eat the amount suggested and no more...you will just keep dropping. It took several months but I'm keeping it off now. I can now do pull ups and run/jog on a treadmill for 20 minutes instead of just walking. It's been a life change!!! LOVE IT!

Thanks for visiting my page. Last night was the first night we used the Just Dance for wii. My three sons, my husband and myself loved it, we were all sweating, out of breath and laughing. It might get old after you learn all of the dances, but then there is Just Dance 2.
The formula rep at our hospital lost 50 pounds on WW and uses Just Dance as her exercise since she has small children and can't always get to the gym.
We do seem to have a lot in common and will have to keep in touch and keep each other motivated. Good Luck to you. emoticon
