Gonna be like Nike and "Just Do It!"


Hello everyone! Now it's time to fill in the dreaded "About Me" section....I guess I'll start off by saying I'm one of those "I'll start living healthier tomorrow" kind of gals. Funny thing is, tomorrow never comes. I tend to come up with these great ideas, as I'm eating a big fat burger, that tomorrow is the day!!! Tomorrow's the day alright, the day that I choose mexican food over a burger. Sad, but true.
I am also the one who buys those ridiculous gym memberships, and only goes ...

I am also the one who buys those ridiculous gym memberships, and only goes the first week. I've probably put enough money in memberships that I should own my own gym by now.
It's time for me to take control and do this.

    Hi Mamatired! We are so glad you joined our team. Please stop by the daily discussion and let us get to know you..... We are having our first meeting this Saturday as we are a new team and due to weather, etc have not been able to meet. Anyway this Saturday we will meet at the botanical gardens in Fayetteville at 7:30am to workout together. Every Saturday we alternate between Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville meeting at parks to walk or run what ever your preference is for about an hour. Once in a while I am working on arranging to have special guests come and speak with us about various topics like exercise, nutrition, etc.

    I really hope to see you there.
