Fitness Minutes: 5,741

My Goals:
Get to my goal weight.

Live healthier so I can enjoy so much more.

Be around for my daughter as long as I can.


My Program:
I have an elliptical, a pair of 5lb weights, a resistance band, 1lb weights, walking shoes, comfy clothing and a mp3 player with my favorite music.
I have yoga videos and I go to a yoga class. Hulu is my best friend with exercise videos.
Oh and I have a step and a video to go with it.
I HAVE NO EXCUSE TO SAY "I CANNOT DO IT"

My name is Melissa, I am in my 30's and I have a daughter who motivates me and a cat that makes me wish I could be lazy. But I cannot. So I am a busy bee and I love the outdoors and just love life. I am so blessed to have all the things I have. God gave me this vessel to take care of and I am going to take care of it and get better. My journey is written in my blog posts. I am just happy to be alive today...

I have a huge problem with this right now, I have found out that I don't love myself as much as I put out that I do. I hate the way I look and I hate the fact I have no energy. I can hardly bend over to tie my shoes, I am depressed.

Now If I can just get past that part I will go back and delete this comment and put a positive here. Right now I just cannot because its the truth and thats what this is all about.

I am tired of lieing to myself
