Introduction Text i have my ups and downs.. i'm here to find a better way to lose and keep my weight off to live a healthier life...

I want to lose weight and learn skills to maintain my weight . also a goal of mine is gain confidence in myself.



I am 50 yrs old.. I have 2 grown boys. I use to always be very thin and didn't have to worry about my weight. Now a days I have too .I had a lot of health problems so that didn't help any but now I am doing much better which is allowing me to get back on track. I have a lot of self esteem issues so I am looking forward to becoming a much happier person.
