Surrounding myself with positive, goal oriented individuals ...supporting each other as we improve our health. Starting the winter challenge - focusing on positivity. Retraining my inner voice through daily meditation (listening to frequencies that activate the pineal gland), weekly generations music class, weekly yoga, journaling, removing clutter from my home, earlier bedtime and socializing more. Prioritizing positive energy.

2019 Spring 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment:

Walking daily with my dog - regular walking friend on Mondays to check in with re:excercise goals, playlist updated, podcasts selected, audio books ready

Home Yoga program - downloaded, starting with beginners - alarm set to wake up 15 minutes earlier, affirmation list,

Light weights - set up downstairs, shoes & work out clothes laid out the night before

Meal prepping / logging / collagen peptides daily, Vega smoothie daily- planned meals, recipes/food in My Fitness App already

Meals - protein, fruits, vegetables, collagen drink, Vega smoothie, RX bars (in my bag for emergency), organic, homemade meals, dairy and gluten free, limiting carbs & increasing protein, inflammatory super foods

Accountability buddy - husband he's on a challenge team through his work, friendly competion

Clean kitchen - all healthy and prepped food, bought meal prep containers, everything in the cupboard is in glass jars, organized all dr
