I haven't been truly active on since February 2009 and my weight got back out of control (granted I was pregnant and had a baby during this time, which didn't help me). There's a big part of me that is ready to get back on track, so we will see in the coming weeks how that pans out :-) Wish me luck!


Okay - it's been about a year since I've done anything related to losing weight and, being completely honest, I still don't have any motivation or incentive to lose anything. I know some people will say I'm copping out by saying this, but I'm honestly happy with how I look. I do like the way I felt when I was done with a workout, the "OMG I actually did that! And it really does feel good!" but I'm just not up for that right now; I'm more focused on resting as to prevent anything happening to the baby.


It's been over a year. I originally lost 70 pounds (yay!) but gained about half of it back since February (completely my fault, although I am tempted to place some blame on my finacee - lol) I'm trying to get the motivation back, but it's not easy!!! I plan to get back into after our honeymoon; things will be much calmer then and I'll be able to focus like I was before.


I finally have the courage (yes, courage) and determination to take
losing weight seriously and am actually doing better than I ever thought I could :)

    Hey hun. I've been good. Just pushing through and staying focused. It's the winter so I'm trying to up my workout game so that in the spring, I can bust out in a two piece with no shame. LOL

    Less than a month? OMG! I know you're excited, nervous, anxious and relaxed all at the same time. WEll, make sure you post some pictures after the wedding.

    I totally understand about the break. Sometimes we have to walk way only to come back stronger and more motivated. You hang in there and focus on your wedding. How exciting! I can only imagine how I would feel if I ever got married one day. Keep me posted on the progress and drop me a line if you just need to vent. :)
