    It has been a while. I have been on a roller coaster with my feet. I am still recovering. I have gained 16 lbs. I am working to get back on track. I need all the encouragement I can get. It feels so hopeless....NEVERTHELESS...I refuse to give up. I am stating off slowly. 10 to 20 minutes every other day... M W F and off on the weekends. Back to watching what I eat. My focus is to stop emotional eating and focus on making right choices. These are my goals right now . One step at a time. emoticon

    Man I have been on a ride. My house was burglarized, lost my wallet, found it, lost my cell phone, I have not found it; Cut my thumb through my nail and my air conditioner got sick. My air conditioner is well now. Getting ready to get back and hit it hard again. Gained 12 lbs and ready to work it off. I went from 285 to 292 and then to 298. That just won't do. When I cut my hand and got a tetnus shot which the nurse put air in my arm which caused my body to react to the tetatnus with sweeling and my arm pit was swollen and it was very painful. The antibotics and pain pills gave me an additional 6 lbs to put me where I am now. I am going to work out and watch my intake. That is the simple plan. Trying to use what I have in my disposal to go for the gusto. That's what has been going on.Hollar at ya soon.
