My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 50 lbs. - Completed
2nd goal - 70 lbs. -Completed
3rd goal - 100 lbs. woohoo, Done!!!
4th goal - 120 lbs. - WOW I did it!

Update: I have not been on here for a couple years and gained back 20 lbs. So now I need to lose that 20 and get fit!

My Program:
 I have been changing my habits - eating better and moving move.
