Steady As She Goes
Hi everyone! I'm Lauren
I'm a teacher, so I'm on my feet and running around all day long but I find myself very tired and exhausted after work. Due to that, my husband and I have started getting up in the mornings to workout. It was tough at first, but I actually enjoy it now and find I get a lot of energy during the day from it.
My husband and I got married in July 2016 and are enjoying married life together.

I started doing BeachBody workouts last year. I love that I can do them in the comfort of my own home, they aren't very time consuming, and the trainers are great.
My Winter 2019 5% challenge commitment:
I will track my meals each day
I will plan and prep my meals for each week.
I will exercise 6 days per week.

I live in Wilmington, Delaware. I have a wonderful husband, Andy. We have 1 cat, Dr. Pepper.
