I Have My Face Back


Well, three years ago I took off 65 pounds. These past few months have been tough, and this has showed up in the form of seven pounds. I am committed to getting this weight off because I know that it would be so easy to let it creep back up to the original number. Besides...I have too many cute clothes that I wouldn't be able to wear!

My Goals:
1. continue firming up arms, butt, and belly
2. keep the girls high and tight
3. develop more new, healthy versions of old favorites

My Program:
 Eat what you like in a healthy way.

Exercise like a beast.

Forgive stupidity and reward self-discipline.


Personal Information:
I am from the sandhills of North Carolina. I love teaching English, running, tinkering with my old favorite foods to make them healthier, knitting, wearing jeans on casual Friday, and photography. I love all my Sparkpeople encouragers. You rock!
