I'm Alexis, I'm 22 years old from Pittsburgh. I'm trying to get myself active and healthy for the rest of my life!

Things I am going to Accomplish:
1. Lose 10 pounds.
2. Lose 20 pounds.
3. Lose 30 pounds.
4. Lose 40 pounds.
5. Lose 50 pounds.
6. Complete the Pittsburgh Marathon Relay for a second time. (DONE)
7. Complete a Triathlon.
6. Complete a 10k.
7. Complete a half Marathon.
8. Complete a Full Marathon.
9. Attain a 4.0 at least 1 semester in college.
10. Get a good Internship. (DONE)
11. Graduate College.
12. Get a good job that I enjoy.
13. Fit into size 12 pants comfortably
14. Fit into size 10 pants comfortably
15. Fit into size 8 pants comfortably
16. Find a cycling buddy.
17. Get a part time job (DONE)
18. Become a motivation on sparkpeople
19. Get some awesome GOOD friends from sparkpeople.
20. Fit into a medium sweater and feel comfortable.
21. Feel comfortable in "dressy clothes".
22. Eat clean for a week.
23. Eat clean for 2 weeks.
24. Eat clean for 3 weeks.
24. Eat clean for a month.
25. Eat clean for 2 months.
26. Eat clean for 3 months.
27. Eat clean for 4 months.
28. Eat clean for 5 months.
29. Eat clean for 6 months.
30. Turn by Bad "Obsessions" into Healthy "Obsessions"

I'm from Pittsburgh Pa, Started off my college career at Gannon University, but came back to the Burgh because Erie wasn't my thing. Now I'm very happy to be back, and ready to change my body!

    Hello there beautiful lady! I feel like I haven't talked to you in forever... I hope you reached your goal for December 31st. I haven't been on the scale yet so I don't know if I reached mine or not but chances are I didn't since December was lacking in the fitness and eating right department. But it's a new year which means we all have a fresh start so we can make 2012 whatever we want it to be!

    I hope things are going well with you and you're enjoying your break from school. I know I am!

    Hey girly! I hope things are going well after your Thanksgiving break and your mouth is healing up quickly. I made a goal to lost 5 pounds by December 31st. Are you making any goals for December?

    Great! I'm glad I won't be going this alone. We can do this! I know I say that all the time but it is true. It is possible - we just have to find out that way that works for us!
