Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? Biggest Loser Group is accepting members for it’s Spring Challenge starting the in March 3. The challenge consists of 10 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
