I'm Lindy. I am 30 years old, live in Ontario, Canada, and I have 3 kids, London, Ocean and Myla. Myla was born September 30th, 2013. I spent the first few months after she was born, just relaxing, and snacking on candy corn. Now that January is here, I am actually starting to work at losing the weight. I breastfed for 6 weeks, and was feeling pretty good about my weight during that time, but after I stopped breastfeeding, I started gaining some back, due to holiday eating and winter inactivity. Volleyball took a holiday break of 3 weeks, so I wasn't even getting my regular basic workout from that.

Now I am back to doing my regular 2 hours (sometimes more if another team needs a fill in) of volleyball each week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have a goal of getting to the Y to workout at least twice a week aside from that. I am also trying to do some spark people videos and Just Dance on the Wii during the days when I am at home with the baby and can't really get out to exercise.

The eating is the hardest part for me. I have gone back to work part time, at KFC. I get free KFC food each shift, and it is so hard to resist. I am waiting to hear back from my full time job at General Motors. I can't wait to get back in there. A factory where I am on my feet all 8 hour shift, and being physical to make the cars. I also drink a ton of water each shift there. I love it!

November 2011- 170 lbs (my all time high, after a 10 lb weight gain throughout the previous year)

February 2012- 160 lbs

July 2012- 148 lbs

October 2012- 153 lbs

January 2013- 158 lbs

March 2013- 10-14 weeks pregnant, still haven't gained any weight, still 158 lbs.

January 2014- 176 lbs - Need to start trying to lose this baby weight!

    Hey! Thanks for stopping by my page and commenting on my blog about the Spark Activity Tracker. That's cool about the Wii step tracker. I used to do a fitness program on our Wii, years ago. Funny they made the person icon to resemble you at your current weight. Our kids all looked great and my husband and I looked like marshmallows with ill fitting clothes. Keep on stepping!

    Congrats on your handsome little guy and welcome to the August 2008 Mommies team and the Losing the Baby Weight...and More team! I was supposed to be an August 2008 mommy but my little girl decided to show up in July instead! I still consider myself an August mommy though and the ladies in the group are great!
