On a journey to reclaim myself
I am a stay at home mom after having my daughter 4 years ago. I eat fairly healthy and by all means am not a couch potato but it seems like I just can't kick the extra baby poundage since I had her; its very frustrating to remember being a size 4/5 and be a 10/12 now.
