Introduction Text Hi, my name is Lori and I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am happily married with a 20-year old daughter and a 17 year old son. I work part time at the local junior high, help run our own business, volunteer as well as being a Stampin UP Demonstrator. Life is busy but fun. However, I always seem to do for others and forget to do for me. consequently, my weight has risen and my fitness level and dropped off the map. I'm looking for support and help to beat this problem and get myself on a healthy track for LIFE!!

My goal is not a short term one. I have lost before on other programs but it never stayed off. My goal is to change my life and adopt a healthier lifestyle. I think SPARKPEOPLE is my key to success!

After many years of being overweight and out of shape, changes aren't going to come easier. I'm starting with small, meet-able goals and moving forward with that. Thanks to all my friends-old and new for their support.

Personal info....mmm, my name is Lori, I'm 45 years young. Happily married with two kids and living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have three part time jobs and I volunteer. Being so busy has left me little time for myself. And of course, I leave myself for last often neglecting to take care of myself first. I'm sure many of you can relate to that! But that's all about to change. Join me as I change my life FOREVER.

I have a variety of interests including reading, movies, gardening, socializing and spending time with my family. I also enjoy card making and scrapbooking, in fact one of my part time jobs is being a demonstrator with Stampin Up! I have always had the philosophy that the cup is half full not half empty. A great sense of humour is how I deal with lots of lifes little stresses.
