    Hi Laurie, welcome back. returning to Spark People is always rewarding. I am back for the thurd time but since 2014. I vowed on my last return to never leave because Spark People keeps me accountable and I am also wanting to help inspire others.

    I wish you all the best with reaching your goals and believe me, it doen't cost a thing to stay forever so you never have to be a "come back kid" like myself. Spark People is an awesome place to be throughout life especially for yoyo dieters. We eventually learn it's not a dirt but about healthy eating and fitness to give our lives a good chance of surviving a long time.

    I am a great grandmother (age 68) of a very active 3 year old who I babysit 5 days a week and feel fantastic. I have had a few issues with injuries for two years but am better now and I say full steam ahead.

    I love power walking and running and it doen't require a membership and is there any time you want it.
