Introduction Text I am SOOOO EXCITED! Are you excited? Let's get excited!!! Everyday is a new opportunity...an opportunity to live, to move and breathe; to make new connection; to change; to love; to forgive and ask for forgiveness; to tear down and rebuild; I like feeling alive. I like feeling like I know what I want. I like the new inspiration to live better. I'm falling in love with the idea of re-inventing myself - from the INSIDE OUT. My journey to this point has been straight, narrow, curvy, smooth, winding, bumpy, downhill, and uphill. Along the way, I've experienced lakes of happiness and deserts of pain; mountains of disappointment and streams of success. I've laughed until my side hurt and at times in spite of being hurt. I've gained friends and lost loved ones and vice versa. It's been filled with one too many detours, a couple forks in the road, and a few circles. Yet every path has strengthened, challenged, and made me better and groomed me for the woman I am today. Here I stand. I AM HERE! I am so grateful for this life - MY LIFE! I love this desire to be better, live better, ask for better, work for better, serve for better. I am committed to making the rest of my life the best MY LIFE!

Begin day with meditation & 1 glass of water. 30 mins circuit training 3-4x per week Strength training using strategic sequencing - 2x week End day with gratitude.
